Accenture is seeking a Platforms & Technology Enablement Consultant in Argentina to design and deliver Salesforce-based solutions for health-sector clients. You will bridge strategy and technology, leading global workstreams, guiding platform adoption, and shaping governance models across payer, provider, and health-adjacent environments.

You will collaborate with analytics, training, and change-management teams to ensure successful UAT, go-live, and post-launch support while advancing clients’

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years hands-on Salesforce implementation or support experience.
• Lead workstreams, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver in agile or hybrid environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience conducting process assessments.
• English proficiency (advanced).
• GenAI proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify integration gaps, process inefficiencies, and platform adoption barriers, translating findings into actionable roadmaps.
• Design operating models and governance frameworks that support sustainable Salesforce adoption and platform scalability.
• Collaborate with client technical teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders to document requirements, validate solution design, and manage scope.
• Support clients through UAT, go-live preparation, and hypercare phases, ensuring smooth transitions and early adoption success.
• Design and execute training strategies to transfer knowledge across end-users, administrators, and business teams.
