Job summary

Accenture Argentina seeks a Platforms & Technology Enablement Consultant in Health to design and implement Salesforce-based solutions that modernize health operations and enable data-driven decision-making.

You will lead global projects, manage client deliveries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption across payer, provider, and health-adjacent environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud).
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams focused on design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across payer, provider, or health-adjacent environments.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify integration gaps and platform adoption barriers.
• Design operating models and governance frameworks to support sustainable Salesforce adoption.
• Collaborate with client technical teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders to document requirements and manage scope.
• Support clients through UAT, go-live preparation, and hypercare phases.
