Job summary

Accenture Argentina is seeking an experienced Salesforce Platforms & Technology Enablement Consultant within the Health practice. You will bridge strategy and technology delivery, designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions, driving adoption, and guiding clients through complex changes.

Responsibilities include leading global project workstreams, data analytics, operating model design, governance, and stakeholder communication, with focus on UAT, go-live, and value realization across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2–5 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Salesforce platforms, with at least one full-cycle implementation.
Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver in agile or hybrid environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process assessments and platform decisions.
Ability to develop and track implementation metrics, readiness scorecards, and KPIs.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with advanced English proficiency.
Active and proficient use of Generative AI (GenAI).

Responsibilities

Lead workstreams focused on design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across environments.
Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify gaps and translate findings into actionable roadmaps.
Design operating models and governance frameworks for scalable Salesforce adoption.
Collaborate with client technical teams, SI partners, and stakeholders to validate design and manage scope.
Support clients through UAT, go-live prep, and hyper-care phases.
Design and execute training strategies to ensure knowledge transfer across end-users and admins.
Drive upskilling of client staff for Salesforce adoption and day-to-day workflows.
Develop and manage communication plans for diverse stakeholder groups throughout implementation.
Support establishment of Platform Center of Excellence with governance structures and continuous improvement.
