Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud), with at least one full-cycle implementation.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver in agile or hybrid project environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience conducting process assessments and translating findings into platform configuration or design decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams focused on the design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across payer, provider, or health-adjacent client environments.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify integration gaps, process inefficiencies, and platform adoption barriers, translating findings into actionable roadmaps.
• Design operating models and governance frameworks that support sustainable Salesforce adoption and platform scalability.
• Collaborate with client technical teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders to document requirements, validate solution design, and manage scope.
• Support clients through UAT, go-live preparation, and hypercare phases, ensuring smooth transitions and early adoption success.
