Accenture PLC is seeking a Platforms & Technology Enablement Consultant for Health, focusing on Salesforce-enabled transformations. You’ll design, implement, and govern Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud) across payer/provider environments, leading global projects with cross-functional teams and ensuring data-driven value delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years’ Salesforce experience, strong analytical skills, and advanced English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IS, engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years’ hands-on Salesforce implementation or support experience.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process assessment.
• English proficiency and excellent written communication.
• Experience with GenAI and KPI tracking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce implementation workstreams and design scopes.
• Collaborate with clients, SI partners, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and validate solution designs and roadmaps.
• Support UAT, go-live, and hyper-care phases.
• Deliver governance and operating model recommendations.
• Report progress, manage scope, and communicate clearly.
