Job summary
Floowi seeks a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid acquisition for an early-stage SaaS company. You will own Meta Ads campaigns, ensure robust tracking, and optimize the entire funnel from first impression to paid signup and activation.
Build data-driven strategies and scalable growth plans. You will establish reliable conversion tracking, run AB tests, and develop creative concepts, landing-page experiments, and reporting dashboards.
Qualifications
- Proven SaaS customer acquisition campaigns with strong CAC focus.
- Experience mapping and optimizing the full signup-to-paid funnel.
- Hands-on Meta Ads Manager with budget planning and scaling.
- Strong analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Experience designing video ad strategies and creative testing.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across funnels.
- Audit and maintain reliable conversion tracking via Pixel and API.
- Analyze CAC and funnel bottlenecks to improve signup-to-paid conversions.
- Develop and test creative concepts and video hooks for ads.
- Run landing-page optimization and A/B tests to boost signups.
- Create dashboards to track CAC, conversions, and growth metrics.
- Identify high-performing audiences and allocate budget accordingly.
