Floowi is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid acquisition for an early-stage SaaS platform. You will own Meta Ads campaigns, ensure robust conversion tracking, and optimize the full signup-to-subscription journey.

The role emphasizes data-driven growth, funnel optimization, and scalable acquisition strategies for a remote LATAM team. Requirements include advanced English (C1+), full-time EST-aligned schedule, and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Proven SaaS user acquisition experience.
• Strong understanding of CAC and trial-to-paid funnels.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager from setup to scaling.
• Experience with analytics and performance reporting.

Responsabilités

• Build, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns from ground up.
• Audit and maintain conversion tracking across all touchpoints.
• Analyze the full acquisition funnel to improve conversions.
• Develop a structured creative testing strategy and ad formats.
• Implement landing page optimization and A/B tests for signup rates.
• Build dashboards tracking CAC and key SaaS metrics.
• Identify high-performing audiences and campaigns for growth.
