Ernst & Young Global Delivery Services is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support end-to-end lifecycle of client engagements in Buenos Aires. Responsibilities include engagement setup in internal systems, budgeting, contract management, and ongoing maintenance to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full lifecycle of client engagements from setup to closure.
• Set up new engagements in internal systems with accurate data.
• Support onboarding, compliance, risk assessments, and documentation.
• Prepare, review, and maintain client contracts with proper execution.
• Develop financial plans for engagements including budgeting hours and revenue.
• Monitor engagement financials and ensure alignment with targets.
• Support billing activities including invoice preparation and tracking.
• Maintain engagement data and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in English.
