AgileEngine is seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to design, build, and maintain backend APIs with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and security. You will write clean Rails code against PostgreSQL, review code, and collaborate with stakeholders to shape API requirements.

The role is remote with a required 4-hour overlap with MDT for LatAm candidates. Upper-intermediate English is required, and candidates should be able to work independently in a distributed team.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong command of API design patterns and Rails best practices.
• Solid understanding of HTTP protocols and JSON data structures.
• Experience with relational databases, e.g. PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setup.
• Role aligns with LATAM time zones and requires 4-hour overlap with MDT for LATAM, plus MDT overlap for Ukraine-based candidates.

Responsabilidades
