AgileEngine is seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to design, build, and maintain backend APIs. You’ll write clean Rails code against PostgreSQL, review code, and collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill API requirements.

The role is remote with a 4-hour overlap with MDT for LatAm candidates and minimum 2 hours for Ukraine-based applicants. You will work on API design patterns, performance, security, and scalable solutions while contributing to a remote, global team culture and best practices in

Formación

• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong command of API design patterns and Rails best practices.
• Solid understanding of HTTP protocols and JSON data structures.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs using Ruby on Rails.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand API requirements and specifications.
• Ensure API performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, well-tested code.
