AgileEngine is seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to design, build, and maintain backend APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, and security. You will write clean Rails code against PostgreSQL databases, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to define API requirements.

The role is remote with 4-hour overlap with MDT for LatAm candidates. You will work with a modern stack, include API documentation, and contribute to secure, well-tested services while engaging with

Formación

• 3+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong command of API design patterns and best practices in Rails.
• Solid understanding of HTTP protocols and JSON data structures.
• Experience with relational databases, e.g. PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setup.
• Overlaps with MDT (LatAm) and MDT overlaps for Ukraine-based candidates.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
