AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to design, build, and maintain backend APIs, focusing on performance, scalability, and security. You will write Rails code against PostgreSQL databases and collaborate with stakeholders to define API requirements.

This is a remote role with 4-hour overlap with MDT for LATAM candidates (and Ukraine overlap considerations). You will join a distributed team, participate in code reviews, and contribute to meaningful, modern projects across

Formación

• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong knowledge of API design patterns in Rails.
• Solid understanding of HTTP protocols and JSON.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git and remote workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Overlaps with MDT: 4 hours for LATAM; Ukraine requires 2+ hours.
