3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a results-driven proposal coordinator to manage RFP intake, author responses, revisions, and on-time delivery. You will lead win strategies, align stakeholders, and oversee the creation of integrated deliverables to amplify Assurant’s value proposition.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, governance, and KPI-driven performance improvements to accelerate cycle times and win rates.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience managing complex, multi-pronged projects with 10–50 stakeholders.
• Extremely organized with an instinct for problem solving and solutions on the fly.
• Able to coordinate multiple workstreams and collaborate with diverse personalities.
• Comfortable communicating with senior colleagues and driving timely deliverables.
• Interest in advancing into project management and organizational dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Own the development and execution of RFP win plans aligned to client priorities and Assurant’s objectives.
• Lead end-to-end RFP responses from intake through final submission with quality and timeliness focus.
• Coordinate 10–50 contributors across Marketing and enterprise stakeholders to deliver inputs.
• Drive process improvements, adopt proposal tools, and track KPIs to raise efficiency and quality.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and ensure accountability across teams.
