Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Proposal Developer to review RFPs, prepare text and budgets, and support the team in delivering high-quality proposals. The role involves ensuring accurate budgets, clear scope, and timely finalization of documents, with remote work flexibility.

The candidate will participate in strategy calls, perform quality edits, and maintain corporate databases. A life sciences or related degree with at least 1 year of experience in proposals and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review Requests For Proposal (RFP) and identify information for proposal text and budget development with the proposal team.
• Prepare text and budget for proposals, rebids and related documents.
• Provide support to other Proposal Developers in delivering assigned opportunities.
• Revise or develop preliminary agreements and related budgets and scope of work with accurate budgets.
• Ensure the scope of work is defined correctly and budgets reflect the scope.
• Participate in strategy calls to discuss customer requirements and identify discrepancies.
• Perform quality control edits on all documents and assist in finalization and distribution to customers and internal departments.
• Update and maintain corporate databases and ensure accurate information in tracking reports.
