Assurant Services Argentina, S.A. is seeking an experienced Proposal Coordinator to drive RFP responses, shaping clear, client-focused narratives that differentiate the company.

You will lead the full lifecycle from intake through submission, coordinating 10–50 stakeholders and embedding governance with measurable KPIs. The role emphasizes collaboration across Marketing and enterprise teams to deliver timely, high-quality proposals that support growth.

Formación

• Three to five (3-5) years of experience managing complex, multi-pronged projects with 10-50 stakeholders.
• Extremely organized with an instinct for thinking on one’s feet and finding solutions on the fly.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously with diverse people and personalities.
• Confident in communicating with senior colleagues to ensure timely deliverables.
• Interest in growing into project management or organizational dynamics.
• Interest in marketing, business strategy or persuasive writing.

Responsabilidades

• Own the development and execution of RFP win plans aligned to client priorities and Assurant’s objectives.
• Lead the full lifecycle of RFP responses from intake to final submission with quality and timeliness.
• Act as single point of accountability across Marketing for RFP activities with 10–50 contributors.
• Drive adoption of proposal management tools, best practices, and KPI tracking.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive alignment across teams.
