Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation while conducting manual and exploratory testing. You will work across our suite of fintech products, ensuring robust quality across platforms.

Responsibilities include building automated flows, integrating tests into CI/CD, diagnosing failures, and collaborating with developers to improve testability. Remote global team, with a focus on delivering reliable, scalable software.

Formación

• 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on manual and exploratory testing experience.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on with Playwright for desktop or web, and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps, including on real iOS and Android devices.
• Experience using AI tools in QA and critically reviewing their output.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
