Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation, while performing manual testing to ensure quality across features. You’ll integrate tests into CI/CD, investigate failures, and collaborate with developers and product teams to improve testability and acceptance criteria.
This role emphasizes AI-assisted QA and testing of modern fintech applications. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in QA automation, hands-on testing experience, and familiarity with
Competenze
- 3+ years in a software QA role.
- 3+ years of automated testing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Mindset focused on holistic quality.
- Experience with Gherkin for BDD.
- Experience with prompt engineering and harness engineering.
- Experience building Agentic skills focused on Quality Engineering.
Mansioni
- Build regression automation scripts for app functionality.
- Manually test software for validation against criteria.
- Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance testing.
- Record detailed feature behavior documentation.
- Record pass/fail conditions and correlate to bugs.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure quality across SDLC.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to input user feedback into testing strategy.
- Participate in refinement and effort estimation.
- Use GitHub to maintain automation repositories and scripts.
- Participate in On-Call rotation.
