Tether is looking for an Automation QA Engineer with strong automation skills who also takes ownership of manual testing for our desktop and mobile applications. You will help ensure high quality across our fintech platforms and contribute to scalable testing practices.

You will build and maintain robust test automation, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with developers and product teams to define acceptance criteria.

Competenze

• 4+ years in QA automation with manual and exploratory testing.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps on real devices.
• Experience using AI tools in QA; testing AI-powered apps is a plus.

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
