Atomic HR is seeking a Tracking Specialist to own web analytics and pixel deployment across multiple client sites in education and nonprofit sectors. You will implement tracking via GTM, ensure data integrity from click to CRM, and collaborate with paid media and web teams to verify campaigns are measurable.

You’ll configure events across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more, including server-side tagging when beneficial.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on tracking or web analytics in an agency environment.
• Experience with GTM containers, triggers, variables, and data layers.
• Experience planning and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms (Pixel/CAPI).
• Hands-on GA4 experience with event configuration and DebugView.
• HTML/CSS/JS skills for tag troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Own tag management, deployment of pixels and scripts across multi-client GTM containers.
• Connect website activity to ad platforms using browser pixels and CAPI, configure events.
• Audit, debug, and ensure data integrity across GA4, ad platforms, and CRM.
• Manage cookie consent and privacy compliance across client sites.
• Document tagging plans and enable cross-team data understanding.
