AgileEngine, a US-focused software services leader, seeks an experienced Level 2 Tax & Accounting Support Specialist to assist US accounting, tax, payroll, and bookkeeping inquiries from a remote Argentina location. You will investigate complex issues, communicate clearly, and coordinate with specialists to resolve tickets.

The role requires CPA/EA preferred credentials, strong English, and experience in US taxation. Flexible shifts and US alignment with ET hours are expected.

Formación

• Experience in US accounting and tax advice.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to explain complex topics to non-technical customers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 support for US accounting, tax, payroll, and bookkeeping inquiries.
• Investigate escalated tickets and coordinate with internal teams.
• Review reconciliations and accounting transactions for accuracy.
• Assist clients with tax notices, filing status questions, and related inquiries.
• Support payroll questions and processing issues as needed.
• Document resolutions and maintain customer records.
