AgileEngine is seeking a Level 2 Tax & Accounting Support Specialist to remotely assist customers in Argentina with US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries. The role requires strong accounting judgment, independent problem-solving, and the ability to communicate technical findings clearly.

Responsibilities include investigating escalated issues, coordinating with internal specialists, and adapting to new proprietary platforms and AI-assisted workflows in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting experience with US accounting/tax exposure.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to explain complex accounting topics to nontechnical customers.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated tickets and issues.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies and reconciliations.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
