Opsarmy is seeking an experienced accounting professional to provide specialized Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries. The ideal candidate brings genuine accounting judgment, strong tax expertise, and the ability to independently investigate and resolve issues in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

The role requires covering US business hours and overlapping with US time zones, with remote work from Argentina.

Formación

• Demonstrated professional accounting experience with US accounting/tax exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US customer accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax support tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies, reconciliations, and accounting transactions.
• Assist customers with tax-related inquiries, notices, and filing status questions.
• Troubleshoot payroll questions, setup, processing issues, and provide guidance.
• Communicate technical findings clearly via Zendesk, email-style responses, and scheduled phone support.
• Independently investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with internal specialists.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest workflow/knowledge resource improvements.
• Learn and work with proprietary platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
