Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional accounting experience, ideally with US accounting/tax exposure.
• CPA or EA credentials are strongly preferred.
• Experience with complex tax and accounting inquiries for customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized Level 2 support for US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies and reconciliations.
• Explain complex accounting topics to nontechnical customers; document resolutions and maintain records.
