This remote position covers US business hours (8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET) from Argentina, with staggered shifts.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting experience with US accounting and taxation.
• Experience with bookkeeping, tax return review, reconciliations, and payroll.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to explain complex topics to nontechnical customers.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced tech environment with evolving workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies and reconciliations.
• Assist customers with tax-related inquiries and payroll questions.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest workflow improvements.
