Uptalent.Io seeks a motivated Business Developer and Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage potential clients in the AEC sector. The role focuses on generating leads and developing business opportunities in Civil Engineering, with a fully remote, US-focused sales scope.

You will work with marketing and sales teams to craft targeted campaigns, manage relationships with prospective clients, and report on progress. A strong track record in BD and lead generation is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sector is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
