IQVIA LLC seeks a TMF Quality Project Manager or Records Management Analyst for full-time, home-based work across LATAM. You will coordinate TMF oversight, drive imaging, scanning, and disposition, and ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements while meeting timelines.

You will lead teams, manage multiple projects, and interface with internal and external clients, training staff and supporting retrieval projects to ensure data integrity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Records Management or related field or equivalent.
• 4+ years in a technically related records management environment.
• TMF oversight/reconciliation experience across clinical studies.
• Strong knowledge of ICH, GCP and local regulatory requirements.
• Familiar with technology applications in records management.
• Able to solve problems and manage multiple tasks on timeline.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to lead and guide others and work with internal/external clients.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure project timelines are met and manage transfer, imaging, scanning, retention, and disposition of records.
• Adhere to SOPs, policies, GCP and regulatory requirements while meeting metrics.
• Coordinate retrieval of records and prepare closed studies for transfer within timelines.
• Monitor filing accuracy and compliance with file plans and SOPs.
• Conduct imaging/scanning processes and train staff on procedures.
• Maintain record center security and integrity per SOPs.
• Interface with internal departments to support retrieval projects.
• Train team members on records management tasks and procedures.
• Act as primary contact for internal/external clients.
• Coordinate transfer, recall, and disposition to storage centers.
• Oversee disposal of obsolete records and space/equipment upkeep.
• Assist management with strategic goals, cost proposals, and resource projections.
• May function as team leader for records management projects.
