Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver objectives with optimal speed, quality, and cost, adhering to IQVIA SOPs. You will oversee the monitoring team across global projects and ensure audit-ready documentation.

You will mentor junior staff, manage resources, and drive study analytics and RBM processes while communicating with global stakeholders. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.
• To lead team and effectively work in team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risks and mitigations.
• May act as Clinical Lead during gaps or project close.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, Clinical Trial Assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics and trends; propose action plans.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and advanced analytics development.
• Support monitoring strategy development and triggers thresholds.
• Attend study team or client meetings and provide input to decision makers.
• Develop study management plans and RBM tools and templates.
• Ensure documentation and audit readiness of tools and templates.
