IQVIA in LATAM is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead (Remote) to partner with the project and clinical lead to achieve the delivery of study objectives to the sponsor's satisfaction, while optimizing speed, quality and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs.

You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team across global projects, manage resources, ensure RBM tools, and maintain complete documentation, including eTMF oversight, while mentoring junior staff and participating in client meetings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Manage study metrics, trend analysis and action plans.
• Provide inputs to study teams and drive process improvements.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Attend study team and client meetings.
