IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, remote. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver on contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality, and cost, adhering to IQVIA SOPs and practices.

You will mentor staff, oversee global projects, and ensure audit-ready documentation across eTMF and RBM tools. Strong English and 3+ years in clinical monitoring are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA) with ICH GCP knowledge.
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and regulations.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP for assigned studies, including regulatory logistics.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with project management to develop monitoring strategies.
• Monitor study metrics, trend analyses, and action plans to ensure compliance.
• Develop analytics strategies and contribute to RBM tools and templates.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready with eTMF oversight and study plans.
• Attend study team and client meetings and support continuous process improvements.
