SupportYourApp is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our global team. You will troubleshoot escalated incidents, analyze production data, and work with engineering to craft fixes while maintaining runbooks and knowledge bases.

You’ll engage with clients in English, leverage SQL and cloud skills, and collaborate in a remote-capable, international environment. A strong customer focus and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent English skills (C1) for spoken and written communication.
• 2+ years of customer-facing technical support with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with production relational databases.
• Familiarity with AWS or another cloud provider and related logs/secrets.
• Clear customer-focused approach and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Investigate and troubleshoot escalated issues across backend, databases, and integrations.
• Reproduce bugs in web admin consoles, mobile apps, and backend APIs.
• Analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes and verification steps.
• Query production databases (read-only) to validate data issues.
• Implement small, low-risk fixes and document findings for engineering.
• Escalate complex issues with clear documentation and evidence.
• Track incidents through resolution with monitoring tools.
• Maintain runbooks and expand knowledge bases to reduce escalations.
• Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and KPIs.
