Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to drive engineering-level SEO across a portfolio of higher education partners. You will diagnose crawlability and indexation issues, write developer-ready specs, and implement WordPress changes when needed, including schema and redirects.

You will also design Claude-based workflows to automate audits, QA, and content production, and build scalable systems to support AI search readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO.
• Track record of uncovering high-impact issues and getting fixes live.
• Experience with multiple sites or clients in an agency setting.
• Strong written communication for developer specs and client guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts and audits.
• Write developer-ready specs and follow through on fixes.
• Manage WordPress titles, meta descriptions, redirects, and schema.
• Monitor GSC and GA4 to detect drops and indexing problems.
• Design Claude-based tools and workflows for audits, QA, and reporting.
• Build scalable systems to support AI search readiness and content production.
