Mototech, Inc. is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to manage technical SEO across a portfolio of higher education clients.

This fully remote role targets visibility in traditional search, answer engines, and AI‑driven search, while building Claude‑based tools to automate audits, reporting, QA, and content production. You will write developer‑ready specs, oversee WordPress tweaks, monitor GSC and GA4, and design scalable systems that save time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO.
• Proven ability to uncover high‑impact issues and prioritize fixes.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude, building agents and AI workflows.
• Excellent written communication; can spec for developers and explain to clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts and run audits.
• Prioritize issues by impact and defend calls.
• Write dev‑ready specs and track fixes to completion.
• Monitor Google Search Console and GA4 for drops and indexing problems.
• Build Claude‑based tools and workflows for audits, reporting, QA.
