Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years in SEO with at least 3 focused on technical SEO.
- Proven ability to uncover high-impact issues and drive fixes.
- Hands-on experience with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs/Semrush.
- Strong WordPress knowledge to spec fixes precisely.
- Experience building Claude-based tools and AI-assisted workflows.
- Clear written communication and ability to own outcomes across many accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical SEO across client accounts and drive improvements.
- Run audits on crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
- Write developer-ready specs and see fixes live and verified.
- Handle WordPress tweaks: titles, meta descriptions, redirects, and schema.
- Monitor GSC/GA4 to catch drops and indexing issues early.
- Build Claude-based tools and workflows for audits, QA, and reporting.
- Design scalable systems for the SEO service and train the team.
