Job summary

Fullstack is seeking a Technical SEO Lead for a fully remote role serving US-based higher education marketing accounts. You will own technical audits, diagnose crawl/index issues, and oversee AI-driven workflows with Claude.

Collaborate with the SEO Lead and Executive Director of SEO; build workflows, spec fixes for WordPress, monitor GSC/GA4, and design Claude-based tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO, ideally across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to uncover high-impact issues, prioritize, and drive fixes.
• Hands-on experience with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts and prioritize issues by impact and effort.
• Write dev-ready specs for web developers and client teams and verify fixes.
• Handle light WordPress work: titles, meta descriptions, redirects, and schema with Yoast or Rank Math.
• Monitor GSC and GA4 to catch drops, errors, and indexing problems early.
• Own technical readiness for AI search (AEO/GEO) and Claude-based workflows for audits and QA.
• Design Claude-based tools and workflows for audits, reporting, and content production.
