Mototech, Inc. is seeking a Technical SEO Lead for a fully remote role with a US-based higher education marketing agency.

You will serve as the technical SEO expert across a portfolio of partner accounts, enhancing visibility in traditional search, answer engines, and generative AI search. You will conduct technical audits, write developer-ready specs, perform WordPress tweaks, monitor GSC and GA4, and build Claude-based tools and workflows to scale the SEO service while supporting client

Formación

• 5+ years in SEO with at least 3 focused on technical SEO, ideally across multiple sites
• Ability to uncover high-impact issues, prioritize them, and see fixes through
• Strong experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs/Semrush
• Deep WordPress knowledge to spec fixes and manage simple on-site tasks
• Advanced hands-on experience with Claude for AI-assisted workflows

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts and run technical audits
• Write developer-ready specs and follow through until fixes are live
• Manage WordPress titles, meta descriptions, redirects, and schema via plugins
• Monitor Search Console and GA4 to catch drops and indexing problems
• Build Claude-based tools, agents, and workflows for audits, QA, and reporting
• Create scalable systems to deliver the SEO service and train the team
• Join client calls on deep technical topics and guide strategy with the SEO Lead
• Evaluate emerging search tech and recommend new tools and workflows
