Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to own technical SEO across a portfolio of higher-education partner sites. This fully remote role focuses on improving visibility in traditional search, answer engines, and AI-driven search, while building Claude-based tools to automate audits, reporting, QA, and content production.

You will collaborate with the SEO Lead and Executive Director of SEO, write developer-ready specs, guide WordPress implementations, monitor GSC and GA4, and design scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO with at least 3 focused on technical SEO.
• Proven track record identifying high-impact issues and fixing them.
• Hands-on with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs/SEMrush.
• Strong WordPress knowledge for implementing fixes.
• Experience building Claude-based AI workflows.
• Excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts.
• Perform technical audits: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, and broken links.
• Write dev-ready specs for web developers and client teams, then follow through until fixes are released and verified.
• Build Claude-based tools, agents, and workflows for audits, reporting, QA, and content production.
• Design and build Claude-based systems that scale the SEO service.
