BlueTuskr seeks a Technical SEO Lead to own technical SEO across a portfolio of higher education clients. You will identify issues, write specs for developers, and drive fixes from audit to live implementation, while building Claude-based tools and workflows.

You'll support the SEO Lead and Executive Director of SEO, scale the service with reusable systems, and connect Search Console, GA4, crawl exports, and Ahrefs/Semrush into automated workflows that save time and improve results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO
• Experience across multiple sites or agencies is a plus
• Strong ability to translate audits into actionable specs for developers

Responsabilités

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts
• Run technical audits: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, broken links
• Prioritize issues by impact and effort and defend decisions
• Write dev-ready specs for web developers and client teams and ensure fixes are released
• Handle light WordPress implementation: titles, meta descriptions, plugin redirects, schema
• Monitor Google Search Console and GA4 to catch drops and indexing issues
• Own technical readiness for AI search (AEO/GEO) and ensure parseable content
• Build scalable systems/tools for the SEO service
• Document systems, train the team, measure time saved and results
• Support the team and client success as a technical expert
• Join client calls for deep technical topics with SEO Lead
• Evaluate emerging search technologies and recommend tools/processes
