Job summary

Skydropx Latam is seeking a Technical SEO Lead for a remote role with a U.S.-based higher education marketing agency. You’ll oversee technical SEO across partner accounts, improving visibility in traditional search, answer engines, and AI-driven search.

You’ll drive audits, write developer specs, support Claude-based workflows, and help scale the SEO service while coordinating with the SEO Lead and Executive Director of SEO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO.
• Track record of prioritizing high-impact issues and driving fixes.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs/ Semrush.
• Strong WordPress knowledge to spec fixes precisely.
• Experience building Claude-based agents and AI-assisted workflows.
• Clear written communication and ability to write developer specs.
• Comfort owning outcomes across many accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts.
• Run technical audits: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, CWV, structured data, redirects, broken links.
• Prioritize issues by impact and defend decisions.
• Write dev-ready specs and follow through to fixes.
• Handle light WordPress tasks: titles, meta descriptions, redirects, schema.
• Monitor Search Console and GA4 to catch drops and indexing issues.
• Own AI-ready readiness for search (AEO/GEO) and data structures.
• Build scalable systems for the SEO service.
• Design Claude-based tools and workflows for audits, QA, and reporting.
• Document systems, train the team, and measure impact.
