Job summary

Cruciallogics Inc. is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to manage a portfolio of higher-education clients, focusing on technical SEO and AI-enabled workflows.

You’ll write developer-ready specs, optimize site architecture, and lead initiatives across multiple sites, including WordPress implementations and structured data strategies. The role emphasizes building scalable SEO systems, collaborating with the SEO Lead and Executive Director of SEO, and driving measurable growth through technically sound

Qualifications

5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO.
Track record of uncovering high-impact issues and driving fixes across multiple sites.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools and WordPress implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead technical SEO across client accounts and defend prioritizations.
Write dev-ready specs for web developers and client teams and follow through until fixes are live.
Build Claude-based tools and workflows to automate audits, reporting, QA, and content production.
Monitor Search Console and GA4 for drops, errors, and indexing issues; respond quickly.
Own technical readiness for AI search (AEO/GEO) including structured data and entity optimization.
