Eastern Time business hours and strong English communication, with hands-on experience using QuickBooks Desktop and ProSeries Desktop. You will collaborate with teammates in the United States to ensure accurate records and timely filings.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. tax regulations and tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping for U.S. entities using QuickBooks Desktop.

• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
• Review accounting records for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized financial documentation for tax and audits.
