You will research audiences, craft personalized outreach, post roles for visibility, and nurture a strong candidate pipeline using a modern sourcing platform and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written English and the ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template.
• Show curiosity and a drive to learn as each role is a new puzzle.
• Be organized to keep pipelines clean and follow through on tasks.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and a competitive streak to hit numbers.
• Experience or comfort with analytics and testing to improve outcomes.
• Ability to use tools or automation to work smarter and faster.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people actually apply.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while maintaining a personal touch.
• Track what's working and adjust approaches based on data.
