atomic HR is a remote-first recruiting startup that helps Latin American talent land remote roles in US/Canada-based startups and agencies. This entry-level Talent Lead Generation Specialist role involves researching roles, crafting outreach, posting jobs, and shortlisting candidates.

Mentorship is offered as you learn the talent side, with AI tools to scale your efforts. You’ll work across many roles and industries, writing messages that elicit responses from potential candidates.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and a drive to keep learning, since every role is a new puzzle.
• Strong written English, ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template.
• Resourcefulness: learn new tools quickly without scripts.
• Organization and follow-through to keep pipelines clean.

Responsabilités

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines to lift reply rates
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist candidates
• Keep the pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while maintaining personal touch
• Track what works and adjust approach based on data
