Responsibilities

• Research each new role to identify the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and messages to lift replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people see them and apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and follow up with candidates.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to manage high volume without losing personal touch.
• Track what works and adjust strategies based on data.
