atomic HR, a fully remote recruiting startup, is hiring an entry-level Talent Lead Generation Specialist to source candidates across Latin America for US startups and agencies. You’ll craft outreach and help grow our internal talent pipeline.

You’ll learn with mentorship, use a dedicated sourcing platform and AI tools, and work part-time (20–30 hours/week) from anywhere in Latin America, paid in USD as a contractor. No recruiting background required, strong written English preferred.

Responsabilités

• Research each role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach; test subject lines and openers to lift replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people actually apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to manage large volumes while keeping a personal touch.
• Track performance and adjust approach based on data.
