Job summary

The Talent Acquisition Analyst at World Business Lenders will support recruitment activities across roles, handling sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews. You’ll partner with hiring managers to define requirements and attract high-quality talent while delivering a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS).
• Experience coordinating with hiring managers and supporting end-to-end hiring processes.
• Fluent English and strong communication/collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.
• Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support other HR and talent acquisition needs as assigned.
• Assist in recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting.
