Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage licensing across Latin America and other international regions. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement and Finance to support accurate licensing decisions, compliance and software optimization.

The role covers entitlements, renewals, license utilization and audits in a high‑volume, multi‑publisher environment. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and fluency in English and Spanish are essential to succeed in this global

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM/licensing/ITAM with significant responsibilities.
• Understanding of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud)
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance, optimization and/or audits
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize time-sensitive requirements
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in licensing
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency for regional/global collaboration

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle with accurate, timely processing
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers and models
• Maintain accurate software asset records, including purchasing and licensing information
• Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and optimization activities
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and external vendors to resolve licensing needs
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment and drive process improvements
