Job summary

WSP seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage licensing across a large portfolio in Latin America and other regions. You will work with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to ensure accurate licensing decisions, renewals and compliance.

The role demands hands-on licensing experience, broad publisher coverage and proficiency in English and Spanish, with a focus on optimization and cost efficiency in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM, licensing or ITAM experience with responsibilities.
• Understanding of node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud/SaaS licenses.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across publishers and licensing conditions.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance, optimization or audits.
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize tight deadlines with multiple publishers.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details.
• Advanced English and Spanish for regional/global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting for cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors to resolve licensing needs.
