Job summary

WSP seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage software licensing across Latin America and select international regions. You will work with IT, Procurement, Finance and publishers to ensure licensing accuracy, timely delivery, compliance and optimization.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management, entitlements, renewals and audits, with an emphasis on rapid, accurate processing and cross-functional collaboration in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM/IT Asset Management experience with significant responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of licensing models across multiple publishers and licensing conditions.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio and entitlements, renewals, compliance and optimization.
• Ability to manage high volumes, prioritize time-sensitive requirements and adapt between publishers.
• Advanced English and Spanish for regional/global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle with accurate processing.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records, including purchasing/licensing details.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors to resolve licensing needs.
• Handle competing priorities in a high-volume environment and drive SAM process improvements.
