Job summary

WSP seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to join its global SAM team, supporting licensing across Latin America and other regions. You will manage a large software portfolio, handle audits, and drive cost optimization while collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering.

You will interpret licensing terms across publishers, maintain asset records, and contribute to continuous improvement of SAM processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
• Experience with node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud licenses.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-publisher environments.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across multiple publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and external vendors on licensing needs.
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while improving SAM processes.
