Job summary

TripleTen is a fully remote EdTech company expanding in the US and Latin America. We seek an autonomous Social Media Content Manager to own our US Instagram, Threads, and LinkedIn presence, crafting content strategy and bridging ads to profile content to drive conversions.

You will repack the Instagram storefront, manage a content calendar with carousels, reels, and copy, and collaborate with copywriters, designers, and SEO managers to produce high-quality assets and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Ownership of social channels from strategy to execution.
• Ability to align ads content with profile storefronts and value propositions.
• Develop and execute a structured content calendar with high-engagement formats.
• Coordinate with copywriters, designers and SEO managers to produce assets.
• Track engagement metrics and iterate content strategy based on data.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own the Instagram account and extend distribution to Threads and LinkedIn for the US market.
• Revamp profile storefront and highlights to communicate updated value propositions.
• Bridge ads to profile content to ensure a consistent post-click journey and conversions.
• Create and manage a content calendar featuring carousels, reels, interactive posts, and copy.
• Direct briefs and collaborate with internal and external creative teammates to produce assets.
• Monitor engagement metrics and optimize tactics based on data and audience feedback.
